achievements command

Prints your achievement progress to the console: the unlocked list first, then the locked one, then the stat counters behind them broken down by difficulty tier, from RawStats and Any through to Hardcore. It reads the same profile data the achievements screen shows, so it's the quickest way to see which counter is still short. No cheats needed, but it only runs on the host or from a dedicated server console.
