Valheim armor sets
Each biome offers a heavy set that trades 10% movement speed for armor, and from the Swamp on there is usually a light or specialist alternative that keeps you fast. Armor numbers below are the whole set worn together, from freshly crafted to fully upgraded.

Rule of thumb: wear the heavy set for boss fights and dungeon dives, keep Troll or Fenris in a chest for exploring and ore runs, and never upgrade the chest piece last since it carries the biggest share of the set's armor. Capes count toward the totals where the set has one.
