39 dreams · text, chance and the kill that unlocks each, off the game's dream table
Going to sleep picks one dream at random from the ones your world's boss kills allow, then rolls that dream's own chance, and shows nothing if the roll fails. The 21 dreams you start with sit at 50% each; every dream a boss unlocks is a 10% roll. So a fresh world dreams about half the time, and the more bosses are dead the quieter the nights get: with everything unlocked the average roll is 27.4%. The gated ones are the ones worth reading, since each points at the biome that comes next.
