env command

Overrides the current weather with a named environment, and keeps it locked there until you clear the override with resetenv. Useful for screenshots or for testing a build in rain and storms on demand. Needs devcommands.

Cheat commands need the console enabled with the -console launch option, then devcommands typed once. They work in singleplayer or when you host, not on dedicated servers.

The weather stays overridden until resetenv; wind still behaves per the environment, so combine with the wind command for full control.
