Syntax
| text | Name to search for among loaded objects and the location list |
| pingmax | Maximum results to ping; defaults to 1, more than that places map pins instead |
What it does
Searches loaded objects and the world's location list for names matching the text, then pings the results on your map. With pingmax at its default of 1 you get a single ping; raise it and matches beyond the first become map pins. It's the practical way to locate a trader or a boss altar without sailing blind. Needs devcommands.
Cheat commands need the console enabled with the -console launch option, then devcommands typed once. They work in singleplayer or when you host, not on dedicated servers.
