genloc command

Regenerates the world's location placements, adding locations from newer game versions to parts of the map that haven't been explored yet. Already-explored terrain keeps what it has, so run it after an update if an old world is missing new structures. It's a server command: use the dedicated server console, or issue it remotely as an admin.

It can't add locations to terrain you've already explored. For those areas the structure simply won't exist in that world.
