Asksvin Cloak is a cape crafted at the Galdr Table from 6 
Asksvin Hide and 2 
Morgen Sinew. It gives 1 armour, rising by 1 a quality level to 4 at quality 4, and has 1500 durability, the highest of any cape. It cuts dodge stamina by 15% and grants Wind run, which scales with wind direction and strength up to 25% more running speed and up to 100% less running stamina.
Past quality 4, the Forge of Potential will take it one level further for 1 Flametal Protection Idol plus 9 Asksvin Hide. No other station asks for the idol.

Each quality level adds 1 armor and 50 durability. Quality 2 costs the per-level amount, quality 3 twice that and quality 4 four times, so the last level is more than half of the total.
