Baked Poteitr
Neither boiled nor mashed nor in a stew. Still delicious though!
Baked Poteitr is a Deep North eitr food, made by baking
Unbaked Poteitr in a stone oven. It restores 34 health and 17 stamina and grants 100 eitr over 25 minutes at 5 health regeneration. Baking actually costs it a little of each: the unbaked stage carries 37 health, 19 stamina and 110 eitr on the same 25 minute timer. It stacks to 10.
