Blue Mushroom is an unimplemented consumable. Its pickable never appears in a generated world, so the only way to hold one is a console command. Eaten raw it restores 20 health and 20 stamina over 10 minutes at 1 regeneration, and as of 0.147.3 no recipe, station or trader accepts it, which leaves those numbers the only working part of the item.
