Crystal Heart is a Mountain-tier trinket forged at the Forge from 5 Silver, 5 Crystal and one Stone Golem Trophy, two of which a stone golem drops itself. It fires at 80 adrenaline and cuts incoming blunt, slash and pierce damage by 25% for 50 seconds, flat mitigation rather than a skill buff. The reduction does not stack with Bonemass' forsaken power, so triggering both at once throws one of them away.
