Dverger Circlet

A portable perpetual lightsource for the dungeon explorer.

Dverger Circlet is a helmet sold by Haldor, with no crafting recipe and no upgrade path past quality 1. It carries only 2 armour, because the point of it is the light: a cone that follows wherever you look, with no fuel and no timer. The light cancels any sneak bonus, and the circlet fills the head slot, so no other helmet can be worn with it. Hung on an item stand it keeps shining, which makes it a room light that never needs refuelling.
