Veggies with a twist!
Fiddlehead is a raw Ashlands food picked from fern bushes in charred ruins, three to a pick, respawning every 5 hours. Raw it gives 30 health and 30 stamina with 1 health regen for 15 minutes, and it is the vegetable in several Ashlands recipes. The fiddlehead itself cannot be destroyed and keeps coming back whether or not its bush is still standing. That bush has 30 health, drops 1 to 2 
Wood, and is weak to chop, resistant to pierce and immune to fire, poison and spirit.
