Flax is a Plains crop found growing inside Fuling villages, where it is picked by hand rather than cut. Replanting it on cultivated soil is the only way to farm it, and it will not grow outside the Plains. Spun at a spinning wheel it becomes Linen Thread, the thread behind padded armour and black metal gear. 2 each.
