Flint Knife is a one-handed knife crafted at the Workbench from 2 Wood, 4 Flint and 2 Leather Scraps, and it is the first knife available. It deals 5 slash and 5 pierce, gaining 1 of each per upgrade level for 8 and 8 at quality 4 on 200 durability. The primary attack is a three-hit chain at 4 stamina a swing, and the secondary stabs for triple damage at 12 stamina with four times the knockback force. Like every knife it multiplies damage by 6 against a target that has not noticed you, and it blocks for only 2.

Each quality level adds 2 damage and 50 durability. Quality 2 costs the per-level amount, quality 3 twice that and quality 4 four times, so the last level is more than half of the total.
