Heart of the Forest is a Black Forest-tier trinket forged at the Forge from 5 Bronze, 5 Ancient Seed and one Greydwarf Shaman Trophy. It fires at 50 adrenaline and gives 25% health regeneration for 60 seconds, one of the first two trinkets a character can build. Regeneration is not a heal, so a health bar already emptied by one hit gets very little out of the 60 seconds. The seeds and the trophy both come off greydwarf nests and shamans, which is the same trip.
