Ice Shoes is a utility item that is found rather than crafted, and it cannot be upgraded past quality 1. It sits in the utility slot, so it competes directly with Megingjord and Wishbone and only one of the three can be worn at a time. What it does is hold footing on the Deep North's ice, which is otherwise slippery enough to be a movement problem. It weighs 2 and does not stack.
