Flametal, 5 
Refined Eitr, one 
Bloodstone and one 
Fallen Valkyrie Trophy. It fires at 70 adrenaline, returning 100 eitr immediately and adding 20 Elemental Magic and 20 Blood Magic skill for 60 seconds. A cheap rapid staff such as the 
Staff of Frost builds adrenaline back faster than a high-skill caster can spend the 100 eitr, which is where the reputation for endless eitr comes from.
