Kale is a consumable picked wild and farmed from Kale Seeds. Eaten raw it fills a food slot with 35 health and 35 stamina for 15 minutes at the baseline 1 health regeneration. Its main use is as an input: 12 kale make a batch of four Raw Kale Chips at the Cauldron, and it also goes into Seal Meat Soup and Smoked Fish.
