Increases eitr regeneration.

Lingering Eitr Mead is an Ashlands-tier consumable fermented from Mead Base: Lingering Eitr, which is mixed at a mead ketill and yields six bottles after two in-game days in the fermenter. Drinking one raises eitr regeneration by 25% for five minutes. While it runs, no eitr mead of any kind can be drunk, Minor Eitr Mead included, so the two cannot be stacked or chained back to back.
