Medium Healing Mead is a Swamp-tier consumable fermented from 
Mead Base: Medium Healing, which is brewed in a mead ketill. Two in-game days of fermenting yield six bottles, and they stack to 10. Drinking one restores 75 health over 10 seconds and puts all healing meads on a two-minute cooldown. Bottles are also found in Jotun's Chests in the Deep North.
