Onion is a crop grown from Onion Seeds, which are looted from chests in Mountain ruins such as shacks and towers. Unlike Carrot or Turnip it never grows wild, so every onion in a world descends from a planted seed. Raw it grants 13 health and 40 stamina for 15 minutes, with a health regeneration value of 1. 3 and stacks to 50, and it is the base of Onion Soup and an ingredient in Salad.
