Pine Cone
Plant it to grow a pine tree.
Pine Cone is a seed dropped by felled pine trees. Planted with a 
Cultivator it grows into a pine over a few in-game days, and pines are the only source of 
Corewood. Saplings need clear space around them, and a cone planted too close to trees or buildings stays a sapling indefinitely with no warning that anything is wrong. It weighs 0.1 and stacks to 100.
