Resounding Shackle is a Mistlands-tier trinket forged at the Black Forge from 5 Refined Eitr, 5 Scale Hide, one Mandible and one Seeker Trophy. It fires at 75 adrenaline, returning 100 stamina immediately and adding 10% slash damage for 60 seconds. Slash covers swords, axes and knives, so a blunt or pierce build collects the stamina and none of the damage.
