Smoke Puff is a foraged Ashlands consumable, scattered over open ground and around rocks and ruins across the biome, and respawning four hours after it is picked. Raw it gives 15 health and 15 stamina over 15 minutes at 1 regeneration, the same as a Meadows Mushroom and nowhere near enough to eat in the biome it grows in. Its use is in the cauldron, where one goes into every Fiery Svinstew at 95 health and 25 minutes.
