Staff of Embers is a two-handed elemental staff crafted at the Galdr table from 20 Yggdrasil Wood, 4 Surtling Core and 16 Refined Eitr. A cast costs 35 eitr and lobs a slow arcing fireball dealing 120 blunt on a direct hit and 120 fire in the explosion, which ignites and splashes non-player targets; the fire component rises 6 per quality level. It holds 200 durability, blocks for 48 and trains Elemental Magic, with damage and eitr cost both scaling on that skill. There is no secondary attack.

Each quality level adds 6 damage and 50 durability. Quality 2 costs the per-level amount, quality 3 twice that and quality 4 four times, so the last level is more than half of the total.
