Tasty Mead

The nectar of the Gods, divine mead.

Tasty Mead is a Black Forest-tier consumable fermented from Mead Base: Tasty, six bottles from one base after two in-game days. It regenerates stamina for the duration and cuts health regeneration by 50%, which slows healing rather than draining health. The stamina regeneration stops the moment you do anything that spends stamina, such as attacking or sprinting, and unlike the stamina meads there is no cooldown, so a second bottle can go down as soon as the first effect ends. Dvergr barrels in the Winding Tunnels and the pots in Ashlands charred ruins also hold it.
