Thistle is a Black Forest and Swamp material picked from thistle plants, which grow in clusters of 1 to 5 and regrow 240 minutes after picking. The blue glow around the stem is what makes a patch findable, so it is far easier to gather after dark than in daylight. Most of a picked stack ends up in Sausages.
