Wooden Atgeir is a training polearm crafted at the Workbench from 5 Wood, 3 Finewood and 2 Corewood, and it also turns up in chests in heath ruins and stone houses. It deals 1 pierce, blocks for 12 and has 175 durability, and even at quality 4 it only reaches 4 pierce. Both attacks cost 8 stamina, so the full three-swing chain and the 3m spin can be practised without draining the bar. Wielding it costs 5% movement speed.
