randomevent command

Starts one of the raid events currently valid for your progression and location, exactly as if the game had rolled it naturally. Use event with a name instead when you want a specific raid. Needs devcommands and runs on the host.

Cheat commands need the console enabled with the -console launch option, then devcommands typed once. They work in singleplayer or when you host, not on dedicated servers.
