resetkeys command

Clears the world's global keys, resetting key-tracked progression such as which bosses count as defeated. Needs devcommands in-game; it also works from a dedicated server console. Check what's set beforehand with listkeys.

Cheat commands need the console enabled with the -console launch option, then devcommands typed once. They work in singleplayer or when you host, not on dedicated servers.

The in-game help string shows a [name] argument, but the command clears keys wholesale rather than one at a time; use removekey for a single key.
