Syntax

What it does
Adds a global key to the world. Global keys record progression (defeated_eikthyr and the like) and gate raid events and trader inventory, so setting one advances world state without fighting the boss. Needs devcommands in-game; it also works from a dedicated server console.
Cheat commands need the console enabled with the -console launch option, then devcommands typed once. They work in singleplayer or when you host, not on dedicated servers.
Examples
The world counts Eikthyr as beaten, which unlocks its raid rolls.
