resetworldkeys command

Resets every world modifier back to its default value in one command. It runs on the host or from a dedicated server console and doesn't need devcommands, so it's the quick way to undo experiments made with setworldmodifier or setworldpreset.

Despite the name and the [name] shown in the help string, this resets world modifiers, not progression keys; resetkeys handles those.
