stopfire command

Puts out all spreading fires and their smoke at once, the emergency stop when a build is burning. Needs devcommands plus admin on a server.

Cheat commands need the console enabled with the -console launch option, then devcommands typed once. They work in singleplayer or when you host, not on dedicated servers.
