Extinguishes spreading fires much like stopfire; the two commands' official help strings are near duplicates (this one reads 'Puts out all spreading fires'). Dev-facing cleanup that needs devcommands plus admin on a server.

Cheat commands need the console enabled with the -console launch option, then devcommands typed once. They work in singleplayer or when you host, not on dedicated servers.
