Asksvin Hide, 2 
Morgen Sinew and 5 
Flametal. It gives 12 armour, rising by 2 a quality level to 18 at quality 4, and has 1200 durability. It resists frost and cuts attack stamina by 10% and block stamina by 20%, which makes it the fighting cape of its tier against the mobility of the 
Asksvin Cloak.
Past quality 4, the Forge of Potential will take it one level further for 1 Flametal Protection Idol plus 9 Asksvin Hide. No other station asks for the idol.

Each quality level adds 2 armor and 50 durability. Quality 2 costs the per-level amount, quality 3 twice that and quality 4 four times, so the last level is more than half of the total.
