Bell is a summoning item crafted at the Black Forge from 3 Bell Fragment. Three bells are consumed to summon Fader, so a full summon runs to 9 fragments. Bells stack to 9, which puts the whole ritual in a single inventory slot, and they have no use once Fader is down.
