Bell Fragment is a material taken from the bell altar in the inner tower of a Charred Fortress, directly under the green cone of light visible over the Ashlands. Destroying an altar drops 2 to 4 fragments. Three of them make one Bell at the Black Forge, and since summoning Fader takes three bells, the boss costs 9 fragments in total. Fragments stack to 9.
