Deer Meat is a raw food dropped by Deer and white deer. Raw it gives 20 health and 20 stamina with 1 health regen for 10 minutes, and either cooking station turns it into Cooked Deer Meat. Unlike most meats it cannot go into a recipe raw, so any recipe that uses deer meat wants the cooked form.
