Feather Cape is a cape crafted at the Galdr Table from 10 
Feathers, 5 
Scale Hide and 20 
Refined Eitr. It gives 1 armour, rising by 1 a quality level to 4 at quality 4, and has 1200 durability. It grants Feather fall, which removes all fall damage and caps falling speed at 5 m/s, so you can glide off the tall rocks of the Mistlands instead of climbing back down. It resists frost but takes extra fire damage, which is worth remembering around a 
Gjall or a fire Dvergr Mage.
Past quality 4, the Forge of Potential will take it one level further for 1 Black Marble Protection Idol plus 9 Feathers, 22 Scale Hide and 13 Refined Eitr. No other station asks for the idol.

Each quality level adds 1 armor and 50 durability. Quality 2 costs the per-level amount, quality 3 twice that and quality 4 four times, so the last level is more than half of the total.
