Fenris Coat is a chest armour piece crafted at the Workbench from 20 
Fenris Hair, 5 
Wolf Pelt and 10 
Leather Scraps. It gives 10 armour, 2 more per quality level to 16 at quality 4, on 1000 durability. It adds 3% movement speed rather than taking any away, and with 
Fenris Leggings and the 
Fenris Hood it completes the Fenris set. It is resistant to frost, which is what makes the set wearable in the Mountains despite its low armour.

Each quality level adds 2 armor and 200 durability. Quality 2 costs the per-level amount, quality 3 twice that and quality 4 four times, so the last level is more than half of the total.
