Leather Scraps, matching the coat's recipe exactly. It gives 10 armour and 2 per quality level, reaching 16 at quality 4. Its 3% movement bonus stacks with the 
Fenris Coat for 6% from the two pieces, where the silver-tier 
Wolf Hide Trousers take 5% off instead.

Each quality level adds 2 armor and 200 durability. Quality 2 costs the per-level amount, quality 3 twice that and quality 4 four times, so the last level is more than half of the total.
