Frost Arrow is an arrow crafted at a level 4 Workbench 20 at a time from 8 Wood, 4 Obsidian, 2 Feathers and one Freeze Gland. It deals 26 pierce and 52 frost, so two thirds of its 78 damage sits in an element, the reverse of the split every other arrow uses. Against a frost-resistant target that leaves 26 pierce doing the work. Stacks also turn up in the chests of abandoned log cabins in the Mountains.
