Lox Fur Jacket. It gives 16 armour, 2 more per quality level to 22 at quality 4, on 500 durability. The two pieces together are 32 armour for 10 Lox Pelt and 16 Bone Fragments, and neither costs any movement speed.
Past quality 4, the Forge of Potential will take it one level further for 1 Black Metal Protection Idol plus 13 Lox Pelt, 18 Bone Fragments and 4 Root. No other station asks for the idol.

Each quality level adds 2 armor and 200 durability. Quality 2 costs the per-level amount, quality 3 twice that and quality 4 four times, so the last level is more than half of the total.
