Moose Hide Cape is a shoulder item crafted at the Black Forge from 6 
Moose Hide, 2 
Moose Sinew and 5 
Bloodgold. It gives 12 armour, 2 more with each upgrade to quality 4, on 1200 durability. It matches 
Cape of the Caller point for point on armour but needs no 
Refined Eitr in the recipe and returns nothing in eitr regeneration, which makes it the melee half of the Deep North cape pair. It is resistant to frost.
Past quality 4, the Forge of Potential will take it one level further for 1 Bloodgold Protection Idol plus 13 Moose Hide, 4 Moose Sinew and 9 Bloodgold. No other station asks for the idol.

Each quality level adds 2 armor and 50 durability. Quality 2 costs the per-level amount, quality 3 twice that and quality 4 four times, so the last level is more than half of the total.
