Nidhögg the Bleeding is a one-handed sword made at the Black Forge by fitting a Bloodstone to a Nidhögg and alongside 6 Flametal. It keeps the base sword's 135 slash, 57 block power and 300 durability, and adds 0.2% damage for every point of health you are missing, counted in points rather than as a percentage, so a viking down 100 health swings for 20% more. The primary is a three-swing chain with double damage on the last hit at 16 stamina a swing; the secondary is a lunging thrust for triple damage at 28. Each upgrade level costs 6 more flametal and another bloodstone, and the conversion resets quality to 1.

Each quality level adds 6 damage and 50 durability. Quality 2 costs the per-level amount, quality 3 twice that and quality 4 four times, so the last level is more than half of the total.
