Nord Shield
Stay safe, and do so in style.
Nord Shield is a round shield with no bench recipe of its own: 
Cast: Nord Shield is poured at a level 4 Black Forge from 15 
Bloodgold, 10 
Timberwood and one 
Mould: Nord Shield, then hardened into the finished shield at a Frost Foundry, which burns 
Liquid Frost for 50 seconds to do it. It blocks for 132, bashes for 10 blunt and trains Blocking, and carrying it costs 5% movement speed. Being a round shield it parries, unlike the 
Nord Greatshield, which blocks harder but cannot. It upgrades to quality 3 at 8 bloodgold and 5 timberwood for the first upgrade and double that for the second, reaching 400 durability.
No bench makes this outright. The station recipe below only upgrades it; the piece itself is cast from a mould and hardened at a Frost Foundry.
50 seconds burning Liquid Frost turns the cast into the finished Nord Shield. Upgrades then happen at the Black Forge, level 5 and up.

Past quality 3, the Forge of Potential will take it one level further for 1 Bloodgold Protection Idol plus 32 Bloodgold and 20 Timberwood. No other station asks for the idol.

Each quality level adds 6 block and 50 durability. Quality 2 costs the per-level amount and quality 3 twice that.
