Oat Seeds are a Deep North crop seed, picked from wild oat plants and pulled from the barrels of northern villages, where they come up on 41.7% of rolls at 4 to 10 seeds a time. Planting one grows more seed; milling them in a windmill turns them into Oats, which is the only way to get the grain. They stack to 100 rather than the usual 50, so a whole harvest travels in one slot.
