Oat Seeds in a windmill. Eaten raw they give 33 health and 33 stamina at 3 regeneration, and the 30 minute timer is unusual for an unprepared food, where 15 minutes is the norm. Milling them a second time produces 
Oat Flour, and five oats with five 
Ice make one 
Oat Milk at the mead ketill. A bowl of 
Oatmeal then takes two oats and one of that milk.
