Oatmeal is a Deep North food cooked at a cauldron from two Oats, two Lingonberries and one Oat Milk, one bowl per craft. It gives 115 stamina and 85 eitr together, with 39 health and 5 regeneration, over 30 minutes. Every other eitr dish sits near 18 stamina, so this is the one that fills the eitr slot without surrendering the stamina that would otherwise go with it.
