Skull Splittur is a two-handed axe forged at the Black Forge from 30 Iron, 15 Yggdrasil Wood and 10 Refined Eitr. It deals 130 slash and 70 chop, blocks for 64 and has 200 durability, gaining 6 slash and 2.5 chop a level to reach 148 slash at quality 4. The primary is a three-swing chain with double damage on the last hit, 1.5x stagger and no damage penalty across multiple targets, at 22 stamina; the faster secondary deals half damage with 4x stagger for 11 stamina. Wielding it costs 15% movement speed.

Each quality level adds 8.5 damage and 50 durability. Quality 2 costs the per-level amount, quality 3 twice that and quality 4 four times, so the last level is more than half of the total.
